    I placed the order the 2nd product released. After waiting for about 3 weeks, the seller contacted me said JP post office will return my package due to tariff policy change. I waited 2 more weeks and finally gave up. But the seller reach me said he just received returned package and can resend it by FedEx if I can pay the shipping. The price on that day for each pack is $80/pack so I chose resend option. Today I received all 10 packs. Thank you for the seller keeping his commitment to clients.

    There were shipping issues with the shipper at first but he went above and beyond to fix the issues and was able to use a different shipper to deliver product quickly. Communicated well to resolved the problem and every step of the way of the shipping process. Shipping issue fell on the shipper and was out of his control. Very good seller and would buy from this shop again.
