These cables are noisier than my older cables I hoped to replace. They work just NOT NOISELESS. I’m keeping the cables as emergency spares, loaners or home practice. It’s simply not worth the hassle/time to return them or would send them back as NOT AS ADVERTISED. They also stiff especially for a braided cable which has been stated in many reviews. CAVEAT EMPTOR
