    Mailed in a regular envelope which ran through the USPS' sorter leaving its mark throughout. Additionally, it rained heavily and the paper manual got wet. With no plastic to cover the content internally or the use of an approved USPS envelope, what appeared "like" new in photos is no longer the case. I'll chalk this up as a personal lesson learned.
