The TV was in a box that had clearly been used previously as parts of it were torn open. The TV has dents in both upper corners, and the bottom corner is shattered. I'm disappointed as this is not what the TV looked like online, and due to poor packaging, the TV is now broken and the picture is ruined. After testing, the picture shows up pink (I believe due to a broken green gun). Mishandled in shipping and lack of packaging.
