The command dials were jumpy. This was likely caused by dust getting into both dials. While Leica service center manages to use forced air to remedy most of the shortcomings, a full fix will cost another few hundred dollars, a fix I am foregoing at the moment. Describing the item as 100% functional isn't quite accurate.
