    The item mailed is not as advertised. It was listed as a Sargent model #14C hand plane. When I asked for an additional photograph to confirm a unique physical feature prior to placing my order I was assured the item was as listed and not provided the requested photo. I paid 2 times what fair market value was for this item because of it. Shipping was slow. I am extremely unhappy.

    The item he received was exactly as described. Buyer never reached out prior to leaving feedback. We didn't refuse to provide additional photos. We didn't cancel our plans and return from vacation to immediately take a photograph for him. The buyer purchased the plane without the additional photo. Item was purchased Friday night and mailed the following Monday morning. We just received a message from the buyer that he would be happy to revise his negative feedback if we provided a $20 discount.
