Connected to Samsung Smart TV and Apple I- pod and could not get any audio to play through receiver. Repeated settings set-up and confirmed speaker impedance (8 ohms), channel input, tv speakers set to external, used RCA cables from audio output on TV to input channel 1 on receiver. Did everything possible, every setting....etc and could not get audio to play through receiver.
