Few days later he wrote that items were “artificial fashion stones". Seller asked for return but failed to provide a label, only partly reimbursed postage. Seller promised in writing to refund “immediately after tracking" but didn’t, he left parcel uncollected in Customs for 11 days, refusing to refund, blaming on Customs Clearance delay. eBay Support had to step in.
