He did reach out and we promptly responded to his concerns. After looking at the item he claimed we sold him, it was very obvious it wasn't the same part. We simply pointed out the discrepancies and he left negative retaliatory feedback. I'm unsure if it was an honest mistake and he bought from another seller as well or if we spoiled his swapping parts plan. If his statements are true, why would he refuse to open a return claim?
