This happened to me with a winning bid $14.50 but a shipping cost of $19.90. (normal shipping is $17.60 for such items. He fused to compromise on alternative shipping method. Take a look at his feed back, all the negative and neutral ratings revolve around shipping and cancelling orders. My mistake on not checking 1st.
