Didn't get the phone (eventually UPS stated they lost it) and he offered ZERO assistance. Everytime I asked him he would just send the tracking information and tell me to contact the shipper when I told him UPS was asking for the shipper to begin filing a claim. Only got a refund because Ebay commerce issued one. Guy should be thrown off of ebay.
