I placed my order on 7/7 and got a shipped notification on 7/10 with the expectation that my order would be received by 7/16 at the latest. I reached out to the seller to see if there was any update on their end and I received the same tracking number as a response. I understand shipping delays happen especially with bad weather conditions but customer service was terrible. I would not recommend this seller.
