My order was never dispactched and there was no communication. He was still selling the item, but at a higher price. I ask him about it and he gives a story about his staff being robbed and the cards stolen. Also he was so 'busy' handling this, he didnt have time to update his ebay. He took the item down and i agee to a refund. But a week later i see hes selling the item again
