    The first TSF2100 repeater arrived damaged by the courier and was returned after a short delay waiting for a response. A replacement radio arrived and this time was very well packed and in good condition. There have been a few questions passed back and responses received. The process has been a bit protracted but hopefully all good now.

    Hats off you Radioswap, brilliant service from them. The earpiece took 10 days to get to me (due to Royal routing it incorrectly, no fault on the sellers part) and when it arrived it was unfortunately the incorrect connector supplied. An email to the team and I had to correct item in my hand the very next day. This is how customer service should be, just brilliant. Highly recommended
