It's fine for my personal use but if buying for a gift wouldn't have been so great! The seller might be better removing the product form the packaging, flattening the box and posting it together in one package to avoid this scenario. Other than that, all was good and service prompt.

I was going to return it, but I have problems with my mobility, so it is a lot of trouble going to the P.O. The sellers were very helpful and communication was very good, so I shall have to keep it and use it myself. ( They were both Xmas gifts). Many thanks for all your kindness.
