When it finally did, it had been packaged in a makeshift box that appeared to have been taped together. The packaging was too thin, and the camera was damaged in transit. I arranged for a return, but the seller initially insisted that return shipping to Japan was my responsibility. A week or so later, eBay finally required them to pay for shipping, and they sent me a label. I still wound up having to pay ~$200 in tariffs on a damaged camera I didn't keep.
