None of this would have happened if the tracking numbers were able to provide me with some sort of tracking info. I couldn’t even see if it got mailed out! Card arrived as described. It was properly secured inside an envelope. Lots of frustration during this purchase, but Incan honestly say that eBay needs to step up their game!
