It said it was compatible, but it didn’t really fit right — I couldn’t even get the charger cover back on after trying to install it. While we're confident this Apollo Charging port is compaible with Apollo Phantom 2021-2021 model years, we're sorry you feel it didn't work out. Apollo has a tendancy to change up the parts on their scooters without officially stating so in select model years. This can typically explain why replacement parts don't look exactly the same.Fortunately, we always except returns within 30 days of orders, so please make sure to get that submitted before the window passes!Ride On,Nicholas
