      I ordered a Model-M keyboard, and it arrived with 7 missing keycaps and stuck keys. The seller was responsive and helpful, and sent me a replacement free of charge. For that I'm grateful. The replacement had 3 missing keycaps and a bad membrane on the numpad. I was able to use the best of both keyboards parts to make 1 that works, but I did have to order 1 keycap because it was missing on both. Just a heads up, if you're looking at this. Maybe you'll have better luck.
