It turned out to be a complete waste of money and a week long disaster. I had copied all my photos, videos, contacts and phone numbers, and only some things transferred. They told me there hasn't been any support update in two years, which I didn't think was important since I was transporting from the exact same LG-5 Stylus fone. I wanted a duplicate phone. It wasn't UNLOCKED and assigned to AT&T
