The box got wet during shipping, and once I opened the box, I found a huge hole in the side of the air fryer. This seller was very responsive when I messaged them. They were even willing to send me another air fryer from their warehouse. I declined it only because this one was the I color I wanted and got a refund instead. I really appreciated the good communication and service.
