I contacted seller several times and when he finally got back to me he said according to eBay customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer. I told him that I have no issues with paying correct duties, he said the duties are included. The seller was not only negligent in over listing but was very uncooperative in resolving the issue. Will never buy from seller.
