The seller made a mistake in the UPS shipping declaration, and I had to pay a customs fee of 92% of the product's value for shipping part of a server from Canada to the USA. Then they expect me to resolve the issue with UPS.

First of all, the declared value is correct which is shown on commercial invoice. We called ups and their CS mentioned the declared value is C$420 which is the same. They told us the duty fee is US$292.6 almost the declared value. They told us we can pay first and ask for refund through email if miscalculated.Buyer is responsible for the customs fee and we are not benefit from it. This is not our fault that UPS charged and ignored your email. It seems we shouldn't get involved at the beginning.

Seller was exceptional with communication, delivering all items in perfect condition. My home lab now has 10Gbit backhaul and everything just works. Cards function flawlessly, although a couple of them had outdated firmware models. BUT this was easy to fix and was not the seller's fault. The NIC setup was flawless, with no issues reported. These cards are an amazing value.
