My issue ended up not being related to the USB-C port but they went above and beyond trying to diagnose and fix it and were incredibly patient with despite me probably getting a little annoying checking in constantly. Great guys and would happily work with them again.

      What a disaster. The item took at extra 25 days coming back to me when they used the same label I sent it with but my address. They seem cool and repairs decent but they stopped responding to me and the port I had them fix doesn't connect half the time so I'm barely up and running. Just a comedy of errors all around
