    I placed my order on September 13, and as of now (end of September), I still have not received it. The tracking has not updated since September 20, and the seller has not responded to my messages. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service. I hope this issue gets resolved, but for now I cannot recommend this seller.

    Ordered an item in early September and quickly received a tracking number. The item never reflected having been received by the shipper (USPS) Reached out to the seller and only received a notice of the same shipping number and still no movement after a couple of weeks. Never received the item so can’t speak to it, but I would not recommend this seller unfortunately.
