I love the tone that these picks provide and I have yet to wear out the tip of any of them yet and I play very aggressively. They are expensive but in my opinion worth the cost!! They are surprisingly grippy even without holes drilled in them but I have drilled holes in the ones I ordered without predrilled holes. That makes a huge difference. And they don't rotate in my fingers like so many other picks have done in the past!!!!
