As other buyers have mentioned, the seller will claim to have shipped the item when all they did was printed the shipping label. The seller claimed to have "shipped" the item on May 12, 2025, but sent another message on May 17, 2025 (not even a week later) saying the item was "lost." The carrier never updated with item on hand, meaning the seller never handed the item over to the carrier.
