It was porcelain and all they did was add two pieces of paper in the box and no bubble wrap had not secure up It got smashed and they tell me to go file a claim through the post office and it’s their fault of how they treat my package so it’s no one‘s fault but there’s I do not recommend this seller Reply from: ginank2- Feedback replied by seller ginank2.- Feedback replied by seller ginank2.Buyer accused me of not packaging it correctly, which if you look at the pictures is clearly not the case it was damaged in shipping. It was crushed top and bottom. It was only chipped in the front it would’ve been in pieces if it wasn’t packaged correctly. The paper was wrapped around multiple times and there was no room for it to bang around in the box. It was packaged properly, but not handled properly from the post office but I refunded them anyways then they left me a bad rating?!
