There is NOTHING wrong with this printer. Was never even assembled previously. All parts are there, even the filament. No filament run through the printhead. Screen still has protective film on it. It appears that the original buyer got overwhelmed and gave up. Appears as good as new. Perfect condition. A quality printer and I am looking forward to large print jobs.

As long as you are honest and supply the information/proof they ask for, they tend to take care of you. I have been content with the service for sure. The printer does print good when it's printing right and the money saved from buying a refurb is definitely worth the cosmetic damages. (Who cares?!) The replacement printer arrived in good condition and looks pretty decent. Just be patient
