Then kept more than half of the cost and charged extra for postage even though returns and postage were free on his page. Tried to tell me I couldn’t read his returns page. Probably the worst seller I’ve encountered on all my time (more than a decade) on eBay. Had to get eBay involved to get my return for a faulty item. It is designed for use with 100–120V, as clearly stated in the listing. Unfortunately, it seems the buyer used it with a different voltage, which caused internal damage. After inspection, no original defect was found. We kindly ask future buyers to check voltage compatibility before use.

The shipping from overseas was overall good, it didn't feel like I waited to long for the the vinyl, and the price is appropriate for what I bought. The seller contacted me to let me know when it shipped and to confirm if I received it, which was great since some sellers don't do that to make sure it is received and for updates. I would recommend this seller since the overall process was great
