    While I’m not blaming the seller, this item unfortunately arrived defective. Since it was a third-party purchase, it’s unclear where the issue may have originated. The valve detection feature isn’t functioning, so I’m now reaching out to the manufacturer, Rachio, to seek assistance with a replacement or warranty, as the eBay process is a bit complex (returns not accepted per seller policy). Overall, it’s just been a bit of a hassle the product did not work as expected after installation.
