In a connected world of cell phones this should not have been a problem but this seller did not refund for the remote. I even tried to contact them and they did not respond to my inquiry. I am going to have to ask Ebay to help get my refund. This is the type of seller I try to avoid when shopping and I recommend you avoid them!
