The electric reel came in very broken. I tried asking to return the reel. The seller started calling me a liar and bunch of insults. Never gonna buy anything from this seller again. Please be careful. The 2 weeks it took to ship is a lie. The fact that the reel arrived broken is also a complete lie. We inspect this product carefully. This buyer claims the bearings are broken and make a terrible noise, but I think they didn't like it because they made a noise when they used it. This is a nasty buyer who abused the return policy. I will report them to eBay.
