I can see the tracking on the app the item was collect a week later and finally delivered 3 weeks after originally placing the order. Just be honest next time? Item was well packaged, just terrible customer service

It was not as it advertised as and was too small and had a bit of damage I contacted them to return where I've received the return label. They've messaged me advising they would assist with the return but it's been radio silence since and messaged them about it and no answer. I think they were trying to wait it out until it was passed the return date.
