    What to say about this situation. Bulb arrived, it was poorly packaged and thus broken. Contact seller, no reply. Contact eBay,only then did I get a reply. They sent a refund and said will send another bulb, other bulb arrived, even worse packaging then first time, bulb even more smashed then first one. Really disappointing experience all-round. I appreciate them trying to make good on the situation, but their general lack of communication and poor packinging have really let them down.
