I told him that I cannot return it because I already paid high custom fees and I asked for a partial refund of 50% at first but he said that he cannot refund this amount. I asked him what amount he can refund but he insisted I send it back knowing that I cannot do that. I don't know if the whole thing was a scam or if he really made a mistake but he did not accept to compensate. This buyer asked for a 50% refund based on a scratch that may or may not be visible, or a refund of over $150 for a $339 watch, so we considered this a scam and only accepted a return. My pictures clearly show several scratches, dents and dirt indicating wear & extended use. Also even if it was a display item with a minor scratch he should not list it as NEW WITH TAGS. This incorrect listing made me pay full price of a new item for a used one. Now the seller is displaying the same watch that he sent me (recognizable from the marks that are shown in my pictures) and again listing it as NEW WITH TAGS. He might change the pictures after seeing this.
