    So I rate this seller favorably for 2 reasons. 1: they have great communication! They eagerly responded within 12-24 hours. 2: they did everything they could to make things right. After 2 weeks waiting for delivery, what arrived was an empty box. I suspect it was stolen in transit. After reaching out to the seller, they shipped a second device. This took a month to arrive, and did not contain a Mew! When I asked the seller, they offered me a partial refund; which I happily accepted.
