After having just received an item from a different seller that was supposed to be new without tags, and was obviously pre-owned. I contacted this seller to guarantee my purchase was as stated NEW, just no tags. That’s when I learn ONCE AGAIN the item was pre-owned! I immediately asked for a refund! Buyer beware when purchasing from any seller on items, NEW WITHOUT TAGS.
