    Seller sent a CD instead of the actual item, asked me to return to sender and he would make it right, he confirmed he got the item but then never sent the item I purchased. Had to contact Ebay's fraud department and have them intervene. Expect fraudulent activity when dealing with this seller.

    Labels on two orders got switched and buyer refused to understand I could not send the item until the other party returned it. I was in contact with them sending updates and the part about they had to contact "Fraud Division" is a complete lie, I would have refunded any time. I don't think they understood the first thing.
