I experienced a couple shipping delays because I live in a remote location. The item listing was very clear that this is a possibility, and the seller quickly responded to my questions and concerns. Once those issues were dealt with, shipping was insanely fast. The mouse was very well packaged and arrived in incredible condition. All 20 buttons work as advertised.
