The sellers distortion of my response, in my opinion, leads me to believe that she could care less that I was displeased. She offered a discount or a partial discount on a return. I didn t ask for any discount or return.
If it were possible, I d return all of them now. I had no reason to call and ask about her technique. What arrived does not look like the picture.

Lilacs are beautiful and full. Yet in real life, a bouquet of Lilacs although full, still has a very loose and flowing look about it. Seeing them in person, I would never have thought this was painted by an artist. The flowers look like they were slathered on with a butter knife.
The seller offered no communication. It seemed that you can either take it or skip it. I don't really care either way. At least that is the way I interpreted it. That should have been my first clue.

I am sorry that my palette knife artworks did not meet expectations of the buyer. I try to show smaller details at the photos at the best light conditions.
I am open for contacting and usually accept returns or make part refunds to solve such issues.

The seller was completely unavailable for any help or questions. I love Lilacs and it is a something that you can't grow in Florida. The Lilac is a very full, flower or bloom. However, there is a looseness to a bouquet of Lilacs that I had hoped would be found in these paintings. These Lilacs look like they were painted on thickly with a butter knife. They certainly don't look as if they were painted by an artist. I would not purchase anything from this person again.
