I requested a refund and twice they offered me a cheaper price for the QNED rather than giving me my return slip. After a couple days i got the return slip and sent it back. They’ve had the TV in their possession for 5 days and still haven’t processed my refund or reviewed the product. Everytime i message them it seems like an automated message. I didn’t want to leave this review but this experience has been god awful.I just want my refund.

A couple of small scratches on the exterior but I went over the interior with a flashlight and it looks brand new. If it’s been cooked in before you certainly can’t tell it. I can’t believe Ninja stopped making these things, they are amazingly large, we can eat our wings at the same time now! Amazon sells these refurbished for $45 more so great deal there too! Shipping was on time so all around an A+ experience.
