    This Halloween costume was sold as “new” but was clearly used. There are stains on the shirt and the pants’ hem was falling out. SUPER DISAPPOINTED!

    Costume had been in storage locker for several years, but had never been worn or "used." Buyer paid $9 for a $40 costume during a liquidation sale. Buyer never reached out to seller to complain or try to resolve any issues. I'm sorry for your disappointment.
