    I have tried to contact the seller multiple times and have had no response. Therefore, I am forced to leave negative feedback. There has been no communication from the seller. I received the print kit (it was printed nicely). However, the item description states instructions would be included along with window templates. Neither were in the box. Also, I had 2 broken parts. The upright on the right side of the chassis and part of the bracket on the rear difuser.
