Was not contacted about this. Refund has now been issued. USPS had it at his post office but never delivered it. Who knows why. USPS failed us. Buyers, please contact sellers when you have a problem and give them a chance to make it right before leaving negative feedback. We can't control what delivery carriers do unfortunately but I take care of my customers. I just need to know there is a problem in order to make it right.
