They seller was a very good communicator. How ever the belt really wasn't up to my standers. I guess I was expecting to much. But for $200 dollars did expect better than this. The seller did offer a 9% refund and we settled on 10%

Once you initiate communication with this seller they will not cease until your concerns have been resolved. To illustrate this point my item was received 9 days ago and in that time it took an exhausting exchange of 21 messages to come to a resolution that was palatable to me. The item did ship direct from Pakistan, not the US as the seller claimed in their listing. All told it took 28 messages over 36 days to complete the transaction. Poor craftsmanship is a supplier issue, not the seller.
