Nonsense! Buyer received the bag on 4-15-24. On 5-5-24 she requested a return as she stated: "Just didn't like it. Sorry It’s not good for my fingers I have neuropathuy". The request was declined, as we do not take returns unless there is a large misrepresentation, not because "I don't like it". Now (5-28-24) in the feedback she says it is not authentic. Anyone, with any knowledge, or a Gucci store, can tell it is 100% authentic. This is just a case of mean spirited buyer's remorse.
