The Chanel bag was in good condition and was exactly as described. However, I was disappointed in the shipping /packaging; upon arriving, the thin packing bag allowed the Chanel box to be crushed to the point that one side of it crumbled apart. It is not usable as I had hoped. Because of this I will only give 4 stars…should have been mailed in a durable box to protect items better, in my opinion.
