The item was bigger than I thought it would be. It did not have a bottom piece to keep form of bag. The handles were not as clean as I expected. Overall did not like for me.

I try to provide specifics as much as possible on the post; as well as pictures, and size of the item. In regards of the straps, it is actually a wear; and it could not go away with the cleaning process.
