This may not be the fault of the seller because inside was the issue. Seller refunded me and all is good. I wish the train would have been in working condition for both of us. I payed a bit more than I usually do for these trains because they are not well cared for by many owners, so I expected a bit more. The item took a long time to get here, but again not the sellers fault.
